MORE PLAY, MORE REWARDS: ROXY LEISURE LAUNCHES ROXY REWARDS

The innovative app-based loyalty scheme has been designed to thank returning and new customers with exciting rewards every time they play

Roxy Leisure is excited to announce the launch of the Roxy Rewards app-based loyalty scheme, which has been designed to thank loyal customers and welcome new ones with exciting rewards in return for their gaming adventures.

The loyalty scheme has been established to enhance the customer experience and incentivise frequent visits with a two-tier membership structure. The standard rewards club, Ballers Club, is a free membership where guests can sign up via the website or app to redeem points for discounts on future games. Every guest who signs up will automatically receive 100 points to be used in the first three months, as well as a free gift on their birthday and access to exclusive offers. Guests will have 12 months to redeem their points from accrual.

Guests will be able to earn and redeem their Roxy Rewards points on a variety of games across the estate, including bank shot shuffleboard and shuffleboard, batting cage, deck shuffle, ice-free curling, ping pong, American pool, ten pin bowling, duck pin bowling, crazy pool and Roxy golf.

To celebrate the launch of the app, from the 5th of January until the 2nd of March, app users can expect eight weeks filled with rewards, including everything from a free pint just for downloading, double points on bookings and drinks discounts, to £1 bowling and free Crazy Pool for four people.

A series of one-off rewards will also be revealed to mark key dates such as Blue Monday, the Winter Olympics and National Pizza Day.

Planned to launch later this year is a premium paid membership, where guests can pay a monthly fee to unlock more rewards and exclusive discounts. Roxy Leisure offers dynamic, interactive experiences through a variety of gaming options. As one of the go-to venues in competitive socialising, Roxy Leisure has 12 Roxy Ball Room and eight Roxy Lanes sites across the UK.
