Roxy Leisure will be bringing their signature ‘Booze & Ball Games’ concept to the capital in Spring 2025.
Roxy Ball Room, London will be located at St Mary Axe, opposite the Gherkin The site will feature the brand’s array of signature activities including tech darts, basketball, beer pong, duck pin bowling, ping pong, shooting pods, pool, tech shuffle, karaoke, ice-free curling and crazy pool.
Roxy Leisure have announced they will be bringing their successful multi-format competitive socialising concept to the UK capital from Spring 2025. Roxy Ball Room, London, will be located at St Mary Axe, opposite the Gherkin and will feature the brand’s array of signature activities including tech darts, basketball, beer pong, duck pin bowling, ping pong, shooting pods, pool, tech shuffle, karaoke, ice-free curling and crazy pool. As one of the pioneers in competitive socialising, Roxy Ball Room will be bringing the
playground to the bar with a huge variety of games all under one roof and a great bar atmosphere which is underpinned by their signature rock ‘n’ indie soundtrack. Roxy Ball Room is a strictly over 18s venue and will be open for guests to enjoy until late during the week.
In August, Roxy Leisure Holdings announced a name change to Professionals at Play, creating a group brand for leading competitive socialising operators, Roxy Leisure and Pins Leisure. The rebrand to Professionals at Play was also bolstered with a management restructure, with new Chief Operating Officer, Colin Sadler, appointed to take the group forward. Founded by Matt and Ben Jones, Roxy Leisure opened their first Roxy Ball Room on Leeds’ Boar Lane back in December 2013. Following this, they opened their second site and first bowling lane concept, Roxy Lanes, on Leeds’ Bond Street in 2014. Since then, the Roxy Leisure group has continued to expand with 11 Roxy Ball Room and 8 Roxy Lanes sites across the estate. This year they have opened sites in York and Nottingham, with last year seeing them launch 5 sites in Birmingham, Leicester, Cardiff, Cheltenham, and Liverpool. Roxy Ball Room London will be launching in spring of next year as part of the group’s extensive expansion plans.
